Question:  Why is my rabbit lossing hair?

Answer: This is normal.  About once a year, often before they get there winter coates,a rabbit will shed.  Sometimes it will be slow and start at one end of the rabbit and slowly progress to the other end until all the old hair has been shed.  Sometimes it is all at once and the rabbit looks like it has exploded.  If you have a shedding rabbit just keep brushing  until all the old hair is out and your bunny has a nice new coat. We use a cat brush for best results
